You see, the business model you choose is the invisible force that shapes everything in your business – your revenue, your workload, your lifestyle. 

If you achieve “success” (however you define it), it will be because your business model allows for it. 

Entrepreneur B in our example above, has a business model that fits them like a tailored suit.

Trouble is, most entrepreneurs never take the time to intentionally design their business model. 

They jump in with both feet, following the crowd or winging it as they go: 

• More content 
• More sales 
• More products 

It’s always about “more”. 

As a result, they end up with a Frankenstein business that drains their time and energy without delivering the results they want. 

The alternative?

A business model that is optimised for your skills, audience and lifestyle goals: 

• Maximising customer LTV so you make more profit from your existing audience
• Offer delivery that doesn’t consistently require more of your time, leaving you in control of your schedule
• Simple operations that can be run with a lean team, keeping overhead low
• Marketing and sales processes that are run entirely by others 

That's the power of a well-designed business model – it gives you the breathing space you need to live life on your own terms. 

And that's exactly what I'm going to show you how to do...

The first question you’d be entitled to ask is: “Who the hell are you to teach this?” 

Well, hey – I'm Olly Richards, and I've been in the trenches of online education for over a decade: 

• I built StoryLearning, a multi-million dollar education business that I spend around 4 days a month on
• Last year, I launched a brand new business in my spare time, generating $500k+ in annual profit with only 2 hours a week on fulfilment

• How you generate revenue (and how much of it)
• How you deliver your offerings (and how much time it takes) 
• How you scale your impact (without scaling your workload) 
• How much profit you keep (after paying your team and yourself) 
• How much freedom and flexibility you have (to live life on your terms) 

When your business model is out of alignment, it's like driving a car with the handbrake on. 

No matter how hard you press on the accelerator, all you experience is friction, and you'll never reach your full potential. 

Maybe you're relying on one-on-one coaching or done-for-you services, hitting a hard ceiling on your time.
